Commander Don is a retired telecom engineer with way too much time on his hands.

Rather than sit around in his bathrobe all day drinking warm "Old Milwaukee" and watching endless reruns of "Leave It To Beaver", he's decided to apply his taste for the sick and twisted as well as all this fabulous technology to benefit humanity.
